A Message from our Co-Chairs
Our conferences are designed to bridge a gap between classroom lectures, clinical studies, and practicing medicine. Most nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical students, and residents graduate with the clinical knowledge base needed to succeed but not the skill set needed to contribute to the medical workforce.
Through fifteen plus years of medical leadership, we have encountered many providers that are confident in medical knowledge but have lost their touch in clinical procedural or diagnostic interpretive skills. SEE ONE, DO ONE, TEACH ONE is a great tool when educating clinicians. However, in the real world of a busy practice everyone wants a clinician who is equipped to be independent on day one. Our conference is designed to facilitate those technical skills needed to elevate and maintain best practice standards.
Through active participation in our skills courses, we ensure providers are taught quality care throughout all clinical settings. The goal of this conference is simply to build the skills set confidence of each participant, so that the will and skills are demonstrated in managing and treating patients comprehensively.
