REFUND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the BIG EASY MEDICAL SKILLS PROGRAM prior to the start of the conference. Refunds will be given within thirty days minus an administrative fee of $100. A 50 % refund will be given if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the start of the conference. After 30 days prior to the conference, no refund will be given.

DISCLAIMER

Big Easy MedSkills will not be liable for any damages, whatsoever, including but not limited to consequential, punitive and/or liquidated damages, for delays in performance, and/or a complete failure to perform any of its obligation to hold the ----conference due to events beyond its control and without the fault or negligence of Big Easy MedSkills.  Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, acts of the United States Government, strikes, and unusually severe weather, including but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, and/or flood conditions.  Big Easy MedSkills reserves the right, and conference attendees hereby acknowledge and agree that BEMS has complete and sole discretion to cancel the conference for any such event pursuant to this clause.  In the event of cancellation of the conference due to any such event, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, Big Easy MedSkills agrees to provide a credit to conference registrants for a future conference.  BEMS will not be liable to reimburse registrants for any other costs or fees including, but not limited to transportation expenses , hotel expenses, car rental, meals, airline travel change fees, or any other charges or fees related to the conference registrants' intended participation or attendance at the BEMS conference.  Conference attendee hereby acknowledges risk of cancellation described herein and agrees to assume all risk of cancellation due to such events as described herein.

Registrants to The Big Easy Medical Skills Program understand that publicity photographs may be taken during the event and their image/photographic likeness may appear in photographs taken during The Big Easy Medical Skills Program. All rights of ownership to said photographs remain with The Big Easy Medical Skills Program and may be used for general information purposes or publicity by The Big Easy Medical Skills Program. By registering for the The Big Easy Medical Skills Program, you hereby give permission that photographs containing your image/photographic likeness may be used for general information purposes or publicity, including publication on The Big Easy Medical Skills Program websites or within other publicity that may been by the general public. You further consent and understand that The Big Easy Medical Skills Program does not/will not seek any further permission to, or give any notification before use of such photographs.

 

CONFERENCE ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms have been reserved for conference attendees. Rooms are first come first served based on availability, once block is sold out, rates for rooms will be at a higher rate. Book early as many other conventions are in town.

 

FACULTY CHANGES
Course instructors can change due to unexpected circumstances that are beyond our control. In the event of a change, we will notify registrants of any changes prior to the conference, time permitting. Any changes on site will be announced in class.

 

GUESTS AND CHILDREN
Children and non-registered guests are not allowed to attend lectures.
